Italian progressive metal masters ATHENA XIX have released a stunning lyric video for their song “The Calm Before The Storm”. The song is taken from their highly anticipated album Everflow Part 1: Frames Of Humanity, which is out today via Reigning Phoenix Music. (RPM)

“I think this record will surprise a lot of people,” notes vocalist Fabio Lione. “Even today, ‘A New Religion?’ is considered by many to be the best Italian prog metal album, and ‘Everflow…’ marks a massive evolution of our sound. We worked hard on it, also to give each song a particular cut that aligns with the articulated story of the concept,” Lione continues. “This method allowed us to characterize each track and make it special, crowning many years of individual growth and, above all, collective work.
