The band shared:
“Our first album, “Acceptance”, is a collection of songs composed between spring 2021 and early 2023 and revolves around the personification of nature and the conflictual relationship between mankind and nature herself, whose role constantly shifts from being a saviour and merciful mother to that of a cruel and destructive entity in the eyes of man.
“We recorded the instrumental parts of the album at “La Fucina Studio” between April and May of 2023. Not having an official singer during that period, the vocals were recorded between June and July of the same year by four local singers, each singing on one of the songs, thus giving every piece a certain feel thanks to their different styles and musical backgrounds. All the tracks were mixed and mastered at the same studio by the end of the summer.
The hard work, patience and sacrifice that went into the composition (often troubled and complex) and the recording of this album are rewarded by our trust and love toward music as a whole, and we hope that “Acceptance” and our future works can reach and inspire as many people as possible.”
“Acceptance” is taking inspiration from Giacomo Leopardi’s work, we’ve crafted songs that tell stories and describe scenarios which evoke a sense of desperation and beauty, concepts that coexist in the figure of Mother Nature, who is nothing short of a God who dominates man’s life and fate: in the end, the only thing we can do is not fight or fear her, but accept our part as pawns in nature’s bigger and mysterious picture. In order to convey these sensations through our music, we searched for sounds that were both refined and impactful, never neglecting the melodic and atmospheric side, spacing from powerful and epic choruses to more soft and airy verses or instrumental sections, always trying to match a specific mood or image, reinforcing the lyrics. Also, since we give great relevance to the instrumental aspect, we used different time signatures and dynamic ranges to add variety and keep things engaging.”

“Acceptance” Track-by-track:
“The Tide’s Echo” is based on Giacomo Leopardi’s conception of Nature, whose words in the song express her extraneousness towards human beliefs and comprehension.
“It’s meant to be” depicts Mother Nature severing ties with humanity as an inescapable and logical consequence to its repeated mistakes and negligence.
“Metempsychosis” is about the last moments of an old man’s life, who ventures into the woods to reconcile with nature and find refuge for his soul, which will be reincarnated in new trees.
“Nothing remains” describes the disasters caused by the indomable forces of nature, that men percieve as a punishment, asking forgiveness for their errors.
“Lost at sea” tells the story of a shipwreck survivor that has to face the harshnesses of nature surrounding her, just to fall victim of its magnetic beauty and embracing death as a relieving departure from a painful mortal existence.
