Digital God is the third album from Stage Of Reality. It’s a 13 track album which represents a new change in the band’s style. The songs are stronger than ever and includes a lot more electronic sounds.
Ten years after the release of The Breathing Machine, the band decided to write the second chapter to their very first concept album. And here is Digital God.
Pasolini was right, he predicted everything, and so right after an introduction of the band with the song Welcome On Stage, we jump into a world where feelings have almost disappeared and technology is becoming a new… God.
But we don’t have to fear technology or AI, we have to fear the way human beings are using these things. Today we can know almost everything by simply googling it. Despite this, a lot of people still believe in fake news and always search to find an alternative reality to explain things. In the meanwhile, wars and corruption are everywhere and yet people seem far too busy talking about AI stealing their jobs. The real enemy of human beings is ignorance and only ignorance makes new gods. Like the Digital God.
The album contains a bonus track too. A brand new version of Five Senses previously contained in The Breathing Machine which was released in 2014.
