Italy’s fun and boundary-free heavy rock duo ZOLLE return with their fifth album “Rosa” this May 3rd on Subsound Records and unveil the fist-pumping first single “Pepe” via Outlaws Of The Sun. The band also announces an extensive string of European shows in support of the record.

ZOLLE return with an album where the heavy parts are lovingly heavier and the melodic parts are monstrously more melodic than in the past. Imagine Crowbar on a diet singing the Ramones refrains at an AC/DC show with Metallica as an opening act. “Rosa” is Italian for “pink” but it also refers to the flower itself. “Rosa” sounds incisive and unconventional, its nine tracks brimming with a buzzing energy and featuring playful vocals and melodies, muscular riffs and highly propulsive drums.

“Rosa” was conceived in the countryside close to the Po River. Recorded and mixed by Giulio Ragno Favero (Zu, Teatro degli Orrori, OvO) in December 2023 At Macina Studio in Camposampiero (Pd) and mastered by Giovanni Versari (Muse, Verdena) at la Maestà Studio. Artwork by Berlikete and Eeviac.
